Attend a Workshop
Our Community Empowerment Workshops are designed to help people effectively build relationships and provide peer support for men and women experiencing homelessness and poverty. The workshop is an introduction to how to effectively minister to and support people experiencing homelessness and poverty and learn about subjects such as inherited assets, poverty culture, the dreaded drama triangle, unspoken rules, and “Who’s role is it anyway.” The workshop will give you the confidence to sit down with anyone at the Mission and support them healthily and productively.
