Roadmap to Healing: A Scalable Model with Proven Outcomes
The Good News Rescue Mission has made a deliberate, disciplined investment in building something our community has never fully had before: a true continuum of care designed to reach the people most often left behind, those living in encampments, disconnected from systems, and trapped in cycles of addiction and instability.
This is not a collection of programs. It is a connected journey, intentionally designed so that each step prepares a person for the next, eliminating the gaps where people so often fall back into homelessness and moving them into stable lives with healthy church community. This is not a theoretical plan.
It is a proven, scalable model built around compassion, accountability, spiritual growth, community support and measurable outcomes.
It is designed to reach people who are currently not being reached, to stop the revolving door between encampments and emergency services, and to replace crisis management with lasting recovery.
Capital investment in this continuum does more than fund buildings. It creates permanent infrastructure that reduces emergency response costs, strengthens the workforce, and restores individuals to productive, independent, and faith filled lives.
